Detecting the Presence of SARS CoV-2 RNA in Campus Residence Building Wastewater

This project is a joint effort between the Loeb & Frigon research groups in Civil Engineering, McGill administration, and emergency response management. Daily testing of building wastewater is being used to monitor for potentially infected individuals in McGill residences by detecting the presence of viral RNA in buildings sewage systems.
